WoW Forever leveling notes, zone by zone
Waymark is an independent notebook for World of Warcraft: Forever, which went live on 4 November 2026. The pages below were gathered from public sources on 6 November. Where a hand-in order could not be sourced, the page says so and stops.
This is not a complete 1–60 guide. Eight zone pages are up. Two of them, Zephras Isle and the Riverglades, carry partial practical notes. The other six are overviews. Classic routes are not pasted over zones Blizzard says it has changed.
Zephras Isle
The Skyborne start, levels 1–12. Travel notes and one village’s quest names are in. The rest of the island is not filled with a borrowed route.

Filter the published class matrix by faction and class. Skyborne tooltips are quoted from Blizzard, with a conflicting database report shown beside them. No race is called the best.

- What level is Zephras Isle, and how do the boats work? Partial notes, levels 1–12.
- How do you reach the Riverglades, and what level is it? Overview, mid-30s to mid-40s.
- Can undead be paladins in WoW Forever? Yes, on Blizzard’s Horde table.
- Can dwarves be shamans? Yes. That is the Alliance shaman row.
- What do the Skyborne racial tooltips say? Blizzard’s wording and a conflicting database report.
- What level are the new dungeons? Nine brackets from 13–18 through 58–60.
- Do classic starting routes still apply? Blizzard says those areas changed. No old route is reprinted.
What is actually written down
Partial route 1–12
Zephras Isle
The Skyborne starting island, levels 1 through 12. Blizzard has published the setting, the crisis, and the faction split. A partial quest-name list exists for one village. A full hand-in route does not.

Blizzard says the original starting areas are still where non-Skyborne characters begin, and that those areas now carry extra quests. The extra quests are not listed in the public pages used here.

Tirisfal Glades
Two published threads meet here: the Forsaken paladin story at Bandarion Keep, and the Ruins of Lordaeron dungeon above the Undercity. The rest of Tirisfal's quest order is not sourced.

Wetlands
Blizzard says the Wetlands gains quests that build on people and stories already there. The only leveled site published in the sources used here is the Excavation Site dungeon.

Desolace
Blizzard says centaur faction quests in Desolace get more content and faction rewards, and that Shen'dralas opens south through the Valley of Bones. Quest names for either fact are not in the recap.

Shen'dralas
A new Kalimdor zone between Mulgore and Desolace, tied to the Shen'dralar, Eldre'Thalas, Dire Maul, and the local centaur. Blizzard has not published a level range or a quest order.

Riverglades
A new Eastern Kingdoms frontier for the broad middle of the 30s and 40s. Travel into the zone is sourced. A quest-by-quest route is not.

Mount Hyjal
The long-closed mountain, now a Forever zone reached through Darkwhisper Gorge. Blizzard describes the aftermath of Archimonde's defeat and does not print a quest route or a level number.

- Database report. Wowhead, with the guide’s own update date. Provisional where it predates launch or disagrees with Blizzard.
- Wiki list. Warcraft Wiki, with the page’s last-edited date. Lists can be partial.
- Sources disagree. Both wordings stay. This site does not vote.
- Not sourced. The gap is the content. Nothing is invented to cover it.
