Questions these notes answer

Where do Forsaken paladins start their story?

Blizzard places it at Bandarion Keep, in the Whispering Wood of Tirisfal Glades. The recap does not name the first quest.

What level is Ruins of Lordaeron?

Blizzard’s dungeon article lists it at 15–20, in the ruins above the Undercity. Horde groups can start from the Undercity.

Forsaken paladins

Blizzard text Blizzard places the Forsaken paladin story in the Whispering Wood of Tirisfal, at Bandarion Keep. It grows out of Warcraft III Reforged: Forsaken Kingdom. The paladins are former paladins, mistrusted by other Forsaken, and still learning what the Light means in undeath. At level 60 they have an epic mount quest and ride in the name of Retribution. Alliance paladins, in the same paragraph, claim their charger in the name of Redemption.

Ruins of Lordaeron

Blizzard text The dungeon sits in the ruined city above the Undercity and is listed at levels 15–20. Horde groups can reach it from the Undercity. Alliance groups have to enter Horde territory. See the dungeon page for that access note and nothing more ambitious.
