Privacy: checklist progress stays in the browser

Checklist progress stays in this browser. The site is applying for advertising. This build only publishes an AdSense verification meta tag and an ads.txt file. It does not load an ad script, and it does not show ads.

Local storage

When you tick a box, the browser writes a true or false value in local storage under the key waymark-progress-v1. The value looks like a page id plus a step id. It stays on that browser until you clear the page, clear the site’s storage, or the browser drops it. Another computer will not see it. The site cannot see it either, after the page has been generated.

Fonts and requests

Typefaces are files shipped with the site, not a call to a third-party font host. Links to Blizzard, Wowhead, and Warcraft Wiki are ordinary links. They load only if you choose them.

Advertising status

Every page includes one verification tag, google-adsense-account, with the publisher id from the AdSense account for this site. The file ads.txt names that same publisher. Those two files let Google check the site. They do not request ads, and this build does not include adsbygoogle.js, Auto Ads, or any other ad script. Review is not approval, and this page does not promise income.

Logs

A static host may keep its own request logs. That is the host’s policy, not a tracker added here. This project does not add one.
