Character creation
The matrix is the Horde and Alliance tables in Blizzard’s hero article, read on 6 November 2026. A cell marked New is a combination that article calls new, or any class on the new Skyborne race. Empty cells are not available on that table. Nothing here is sorted by power.
Blizzard also says racial abilities were updated, and then publishes full tooltip text for the Skyborne only. Tooltips for the other eight races are not copied from a database guide whose own comments dispute them, and classic percentages are not standing in. Friends still need the same ruleset and the same faction before they can group. On a PvP ruleset, Blizzard says you are restricted to one faction.
